The Reiki Ray
The Reiki Ray forms the foundation of the Eternal Light Healing system. It is an enhanced form of Reiki that was renamed The Gaia Ray in honour of the earth element that it carries. Reiki carries the energy of Universal Life-Force that created worlds at the beginning of time. It nourishes, relaxes and cleanses us as it supports our physical body and spiritual bodies. The Water Ray
The Water Ray carries the soothing energy of the Moon. It moves through your emotional body in waves, like water, soothing and calming the emotions. It feels nurturing and relaxing. It helps you to face how you feel deep down and let go of any old emotions you are ready to release, without discomfort.
The Fire Ray
The Fire Ray enhances the powerful qualities of the Sun energy within you. Like fire it is cleansing and purifying; it transmutes negative energies within you, clearing the subtle bodies of all that in not Love. It brings back your power, your determination, your willingness to fulfil your highest potential in this lifetime.
The Air/Ether Ray - Mercury
The Air Ray enhances your power of communication. It opens and activates the throat chakra so you can speak your truth. It moves you towards greater self-acceptance so that you can speak truthfully without denying your emotions. This helps you take back your power. It also opens the brow chakra.
The Venus Ray
The Venus Ray carries the vibration of Divine Love, Unconditional Love. This vibration emanates from deep in your heart chakra, however, it is often held back for fear of being wounded. This Ray helps you open your heart so that you feel more of this love that resides there.
The Mars Ray
The Mars Ray is grounding. It opens the base and feet chakras bringing focus and energy to achieve your goals. It calms the heart and lessens the impact of stress on the physical body. It opens your awareness of the protective energy of Mother Earth.
The Chiron Ray
