Becoming a Healer
Early Life
The central purpose of my life has always been to find a deeper connection to God/Great Spirit.
As a child I had many spiritual experiences and felt that my life was to be about something else, other than the normal things of life, though at that time I couldn’t quite define what it was.
I just felt passionately that…
Love heals everything!
…and I wanted to share this with the world.
Discovering Channelled Healing
In 1994 I discovered channelled healing.
I had woken up one morning with the knowing that I had lived many times before; I could feel the presence of my spiritual guides and my psychic senses had opened. This began my more conscious search for spiritual awakening.
I found my first teacher who initiated me into Golden Age Reiki I & II at the Academy of Eternal Light Healing and I was later initiated into the twelve healing Rays of the more advanced Eternal Light Healing system.
Finding my Spiritual Path
I began to understand that we are all on a path of spiritual evolution and I was not odd in wanting this to be central in my life.
The difficulty I had in valuing a materialistic objective in life was not a deficiency but a part of my natural spiritual awareness and strength.
I met others who felt the presence of their spiritual guides and protectors, and gradually the spiritual part of me began to awaken.
For the first time life made sense to me, and I made sense to myself.
I felt forgiven for not being driven in the way I thought I should be, and the presence of my spiritual guides encouraged me to focus on my spiritual awakening, to exercise my psychic gifts and to pursue all things that helped me understand the spiritual side of life.
Training
I studied healing practices in many forms to understand more fully the connection between the mind, body and Spirit when it comes to healing ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally.
At the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (BCNO), I took two years of an osteopathic and naturopathic degree.
However, my Soul moved me in the direction of focusing fully on energy healing of many kinds.
Falling for Energy Medicine
Flower & Crystal Essences
I trained for two years at the College of Vibrational Medicine (CVM) and qualified as a registered Flower & Crystal Essence Practitioner.
I then worked with Crystal Herbs Ltd making flower and crystal remedies to be sent around the world.
Eastern Energy Bodywork
I took qualifications in Shiatsu Anma Massage and Seated Acupressure Massage to explore the principles of healing according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Reiki Massage
I worked as a Reiki Massage Therapist in London, where I witnessed the channelled healing energy gently release emotions held within the body’s tissues and how this brought more full physical healing that was deep and lasting.
Meditation Training
Heart Imagery Meditation Teacher Training
I trained as a Heart Imagery Meditation Teacher with Daniel Mitel at The School of the Heart, learning techniques to help people access their Sacred Space of the Heart, the place of deep inner peace, wisdom and spiritual connection.
Awakening the Illuminated Heart
I completed the Awakening the Illuminated Heart (ATIH) course to awaken the MerKaBa field with Drunvalo Melchizedek in Sedona, Arizona. The MerKaBa field is the human light-body field of energy that surrounds all of us and is ready to be awakened at this time when you are ready.
Cosmic Grace
I was honoured to be one of a small number of people to take this course with Drunvalo Melchizedek. It was a further extension to the work of the ATIH course above.
