Becoming a Healer
My journey to become a healer took me through the study of many different forms of energy healing and bodywork to understand more fully the connection between the mind, body and Spirit when it comes to healing ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally.
Channeled Healing Energies
Reiki Healing
My spiritual journey to become a healer began in 1994 when I came across the wonderful healing energies of Reiki healing as described on my about me page.
I was initiated into Golden Age Reiki I and II at the Golden Age Academy, which set me on a journey of conscious evolution towards becoming a healer.
Eternal Light Healing
At the end of the 1990s I came across Eternal Light Healing, an advanced form of channelled healing that took my healing practice and understanding to the next level.
Eternal Light Healing is a collection of 12 more healing rays that are even more profound and wide reaching than the Golden Age Reiki Ray. Over the next ten years I took these 12 initiaions into this powerful healing system at the Academy of Eternal Light Healing.
Energy Medicine
Flower & Crystal Essences
I took a 2-year diploma course at the College of Vibrational Medicine studying the principles of health and disease as described by Dr Edward Bach. I qualified as a registered Flower & Crystal Essence Practitioner (Dip CVM).
I worked for many years at Crystal Herbs Ltd, a wonderful company founded by Shimara Kumara that makes Flower, Gem and Crystal Essences for healing the mind, body and soul.
Light-Life Technology
In 2019 I began working with these incredible tools for deep inner healing. Discover more on my Light-Life Technology page.
Meditation
Awakening the Illuminated Heart
I completed the Awakening the Illuminated Heart (ATIH) course to awaken the MerKaBa field with Drunvalo Melchizedek in Sedona, Arizona. The MerKaBa field is the human light-body field of energy that surrounds all of us and is ready to be awakened at this time when you are ready.
Cosmic Grace
I was honoured to be one of a small number of people to take the Cosmic Grace course with Drunvalo Melchizedek. It was a further extension to the work of the ATIH course above.
Heart Meditation Teacher Training
I trained as a Heart Imagery Meditation Teacher with Daniel Mitel at The School of the Heart, learning techniques to help people access their Sacred Space of the Heart.
Bodywork
At the beginning of my journey I studied many forms of bodywork to understand the true nature of physical healing, before my Soul moved me on to focus on energy healing more fully.
Osteopathy & Naturopathy
At the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (BCNO), I took two years of an osteopathic and naturopathic degree.
Eastern Energy Bodywork
I took qualifications in Shiatsu Anma Massage and Seated Acupressure Massage to explore the principles of healing according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Reiki Massage Therapist
Working as a Reiki Massage Therapist in London, I witnessed how the energy of Reiki & Eternal Light Healing was releasing emotions held within the body’s tissues and how this was what was helping the physical body relax and heal.
I began to see how deeply the roots of true healing lie; not just in the physical but in our emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as well.
