The Sirius Ray
The Sirius Ray helps us to bring heart energy and joy to everything we do; to express ourselves fully with joy. The Sirius Ray is connected to the energy of the dolphins and helps us clear away the blocks to our creativity, speech and self-expression in our sacral and throat chakras.
Connection to the Dolphin energy
There is a deep connection between the Sirius energy and the dolphins. Dolphins have a connection with the Sirius star and carry the same joyful expression. If you ever have contact with dolphins, you will notice how healing their energy is as they put out so much joy and love. This they do despite the awful way that humanity has killed them so readily without a care.
The Sirius Ray of Healing
The Sirius Ray carries the energy of joy and fun, helping us to feel more joyful self-expression. It is a lighthearted energy that helps us release our patterns with more ease and grace.
It helps us rise out of our personal concerns and feel life from a higher perspective where we know that all can be well. It feels uplifting.
This Sirius energy helps us open to the energy of loving creation within us, creating our lives with joy. It reminds us to balance all that we create with the energy of our heart, so that what we create carries the power of Love within it.
Clears Blocks to Self-Expression
In the UK the Sirius Ray tends to work mainly on the sacral and throat chakras. This is because each country has an emphasis of learning shared by the people who incarnate there.
In the UK we are all working with patterns of opening up our loving and joyful self-expression. In the UK we care for each other, yet we have traditionally been repressed in our expression of it, our love for one another and ourselves.
This is changing rapidly amongst us but the stiff upper lip is a British idea, and the Victorian values that were so repressive came from that idea, and they remain in some of us to some extent.
These repressive values included the notion that children should be seen and not heard. But children are more in touch with their spiritual inner being as it is not so long since they left Spirit. They are so full of the knowing of their own innocence as they play and live, and are full of the joyful expression of it – until it is trained out of them.
The Sirius Ray helps us feel that childlike innocence once again, and feel the love and joy of just being ourselves and together we live with more joy and fun in our lives.

The Sirius Ray helps us express our creativity. Our creativity is not necessarily about being artistic, it is about our passion.
What is it that you care about and want to see in the world or what is it that you love doing?
What brings you joy or a feeling of peace, or loving connection with others?
Or what brings you that a quiet connection to yourself when you just feel the wonderfulness of simply being alive?
It is not about creating big things; it is about your connection to the world, your love of the world and your place in it.
Clears the Sacral and Throat Chakras
The Sirius Ray helps us to express ourselves by unblocking our sacral and throat chakras.
The Sacral chakra is the centre of our desire for social connection with others and our sexuality. It is here we experience our desire to procreate.
Our sacral chakra is also the centre of our creativity, our urge to put something out into the world, however the throat chakra needs to be open for us to be able to do this.
As the healing energy from the Sirius star clears our sacral chakra, it frees up our creative power to move up through the chakras. If our solar plexus and heart chakra are fairly open it can reach the throat chakra to give clearer communication of our innate creativity in a more expressive and joyful way.
Facilitates our Divine Service
Our joyful expression of life is also our Divine service. Yes, the things we love the most are the gifts we came here to give to others. So, follow your joy, because that is what will take you there, towards your greatest gifts and your greatest contribution to humankind
There is a lovely saying amongst the native American Indian tribes that a child is born with her/his fists tightly shut, as it is holding on tightly to the gifts it brings from Spirit to share. In those communities it is understood that every child comes with many gifts and abilities to share with the world and it is the job of the community into which the child is born to help them open their fists and share what they have brought with them for the good of their community and the world.
How I experience the Sirius Ray
Since I was initiated into this ray, I feel the energy of the dolphins with me often bringing me joy and comfort.
