My Journey with Reiki & Eternal Light Healing
I believe to find the peace we are all searching for and to create the life we want, we must search deep inside. This search brings so much healing on the inside it quite naturally opens the doors to higher consciousness within. When we find our spiritual nature, life flows in new ways and new possibilities emerge.
Connection with Spirit
Gone are the days of feeling quite so lost when we feel connected to the Love, peace and excitement for life that the presence of our Spirit brings.
The centre of our spiritual consciousness is our heart energy centre, this is where we connect to God/Spirit/ Unity consciousness, and here we do not feel alone or without hope. We have the power of our Soul with us, and it takes us towards what our heart centre truly and deeply desires.
Eternal Light Healing and Light-Life Tools take you there; they help to open up the inner doorways to the awareness of Spirit within you. They clear and bless your energy fields so that all is tuned to the frequency of Love of Spirit. Fear-based emotions and beliefs are released, and you feel good!
My Healing Sessions
In a personal healing sessions or energy baths for 2, you will experience the joy of connecting inwardly in this way. These sessions are deeply relaxing in a way you may not be used to.
You will be ‘held’ in the energy of the Rays that come directly from Source. I work directly with the Ascended Masters of the rays to bring you this sacred healing energy and their presence in the healing sessions and energy baths creates a sacred space for deep relaxation.
The healing energy of the Eternal Light healing system is powerful in its effect of bringing you to a place of peace deeply within. It is new energy that is right for today’s advanced spiritual awareness.
The world has moved on, and many people are awakening to the Spirit within, and new energies were required. The Eternal Light healing system is a collection of 12 rays of healing that go beyond Reiki.
The Reiki ray forms the foundation point as it is connected to the energy of our dear Mother Earth, however the further 12 rays take the healing session to the next level.
Making Life Make Sense
When I first discovered Eternal Light Healing, it brought meaning to my life and peace to my heart. For the first time life made sense to me, as the understandings about life and how and why things are the way made sense of our experience at a human level.
I began to understand more consciously that we are all on a path of spiritual evolution, and that I was not odd in wanting this to be central in my life. Not being motivated to pursue a materialistic lifestyle for its own sake was not a deficiency but a natural part of my spiritual awareness and strength.
For the first time life made sense to me, and I made sense to myself! I had a purpose and the strength to pursue my passion. I felt the Love of my guides around me, and it encouraged me to focus on my spiritual awakening, to exercise my psychic abilities and pursue all things that helped me understand life more fully.
Life became a beautiful journey of self-exploration, despite the many emotional and negative belief patterns that needed to be addressed. This inner work continues today of course and will be my journey always.
Training Experience
I studied healing in many forms to help me understand the nature of the connection between the mind, body and soul. This included osteopathic and shiatzu training, and I worked alongside as a Reiki massage therapist. However, whilst working with people I began to see how deep the roots of true healing lie and my Spirit took me in the direction of close study of energy medicine, including channeled healing, meditation, flower & crystal essences and more.
Personal Transformation & Empowerment
As I worked with energy medicine, I found how to work with my challenges so that I could not just cope with them but could grow through and beyond them.
It became clear how the difficult things in my life are opportunities for my personal transformation as they help me release limiting beliefs and emotions that hold me back.
It became clear that as I change myself, so I change what the outside world reflects back to me, and I find new pathways forward. In this way I can create more of what I want in life which brings me deep empowerment and joy.
Remembering Past Lives as a Healer
I remember having many lives as a healer using channelled healing energy, crystals and sound healing using very specific pitches to move people through the dimensions.
But I have also had lives in which I was persecuted for being a white witch or healer, by being drowned or burnt. I remember the intense pain, rejection and feeling of failure when I couldn’t save someone, especially those I loved.
Many lifetimes later I am returning to these skills, I find my journey very fulfilling and I am very grateful for the opportunity to be doing it.
The Masters
I cannot describe my journey without mention of the many beloved masters and teachers who have been helping and teaching me all my life. Some of whom are in incarnation and some have been teaching me from their Spirits and books. I love them so much and I owe them all my understanding.
These include; Mother Meera now resident in Germany, a divine incarnation of the Divine Mother, Drunvalo Melchizedek who lives in Sedona USA, Anastasia in Russia, Sananda, Sri Yukteswar, Sri Ramakrishna, Mahavatar Babaji, Paramahansa Yogananda, Mata Amritanandamayi, Lorna Byrne in Ireland and many other divine beings, masters and teachers.
Outside of Work
You may find me dancing, walking in nature, gardening, or spending time with family and friends. Our children are now grown, and I live in Norfolk with my husband Sam Cremnitz.
