My Story
Welcome, my name is Rachel Cremnitz, and I offer Reiki and Eternal Light Healing sessions near Diss in Norfolk.
When I first discovered Reiki & Eternal Light Healing, it brought meaning to my life and peace to my heart. It soothed the many emotional difficulties I was experiencing and brought me peace and joy.
My Inner Healing Journey
Reiki & Eternal Light Healing opened the door for much inner healing to take place. These healing tools helped me to release painful emotions, calm my mind and understand my difficulties in the context of my spiritual journey.
Life became a beautiful journey of personal growth and self-exploration.
I had many emotional and negative belief patterns that needed to be addressed but with Reiki & Eternal Light Healing I had the tools that could help me.
I learned how I could not just ‘cope’ with difficult things but move through and beyond them, learning from them and finding greater peace and spiritual connection as a result.
This inner work continues today and will be part of my journey always.
Releasing My Trauma from the Past
When we experience stress, trauma or emotional difficulties, these experiences can remain within us energetically for many years until we have the time and space to deal with them and release them.
Even small things that we experienced as a child can remain with us in our energy field affecting how we think and feel in the present. Traumatic experiences can even travel with us from lifetime to lifetime.
Though the memory of these things lies deeply in our subconscious, it can affect us profoundly in every moment.
Eternal Light Healing is able to release these wounds and free me from trauma of the past.
My Passion for Healing
What matters most to me is helping people feel safe, supported and empowered on their own unique healing journey.
I love to work with these healing energies as they are so powerful at clearing away painful wounds we have picked up in childhood or brought with us from other lifetimes.
The energy of Eternal Light Healing is also spiritually awakening as it clears away old energies so that you can more easily feel the energy and Love of your Spirit within.
Help from Spirit
I love to see the incredible help available from Spirit to help us on our human journey here on earth.
It is given with such Unconditional Love that we rarely otherwise feel on our earthly journey.
It takes us gently and lovingly, step by step, on our personal spiritual journey of awakening and personal empowerment in the most comfortable and beautiful way.
Outside of Work
Outside of work you may find me dancing, walking in nature, gardening, or spending time with family and friends. Our children are now grown, and I live in Norfolk with my husband Sam Cremnitz.
