About Me

My Passion

I believe that life is a beautiful journey towards spiritual awakening and finding the Love of God/Great Spirit.

Connecting with God or Great Spirit in this way has been the central focus of my life, my joy and my fascination.

I love to help others make this same journey, in their own way, wherever I can, as I know the wonderful feeling of Love, joy and fulfillment that it brings.

It is the inner journey…

I believe the most beautiful journey is the one we take within…

I want you to fall in Love with that journey!

Discovering Reiki and Eternal Light Healing

When I first discovered Reiki & Eternal Light Healing, it brought meaning to my life and peace to my heart.

The healing energy itself helped to sooth the emotional difficulties I was experiencing and helped me to understand how they were a part of my personal spiritual unfoldment at that time.

I began to see that my challenges were opportunities for inner growth and personal development, rather than distractions from ‘getting on with life’, and that spending the time to let myself heal inside helped me move forward and experience life in new and positive ways so much more quickly.

I could do more than just ‘cope’ with difficult feelings; I could grow through them, learn from them and find greater peace and spiritual connection as a result.

Life became a beautiful journey of personal growth and self-exploration.

This inner work remains my passion and continues today. It will be part of my journey always.

My Journey to Becoming a Healer

My journey to become healer took me through the study of many forms of healing from bodywork to energy healing, to help me understand the nature of true and lasting health and wellbeing.

See Becoming a Healer page.

The Masters

I cannot describe my journey without mention of the many beloved masters and teachers who have been helping me and teaching me all my life.

Some of whom are in incarnation and some have been teaching me from their books and their Spirits. I love them so much and I owe them all my understanding.

These include; Mother Meera, Drunvalo Melchizedek, Anastasia in Russia, Sananda, Sri Yukteswar, Sri Ramakrishna, Mahavatar Babaji, Paramahansa Yogananda, Mata Amritanandamayi, Lorna Byrne in Ireland and many other divine beings, masters and teachers.

Other Interests

Aside from healing and meditation my other passion is for Qigong and Tai chi.

You will often find me dancing, walking in nature, gardening, or spending time with family and friends. Our children are now grown, and I live in Norfolk with my husband Sam Cremnitz.

Love and blessings,

Rachel
