About Me
My Passion
I believe that life is a journey of spiritual exploration in which we move, step by step, move towards the higher consciousness of our Spiritual self.
Opening the inner doorways to this higher consciousness within me has been my fascination all my life. It has been my passion and the central focus of my life.
Another part of my passion is in helping others make the same journey to their higher selves, their spiritual awareness, as I know the wonderful feeling of Love, joy and fulfillment that it brings.
It is an inner journey, but the most beautiful one there is!
I believe the most beautiful journey is the one we take within…
I want you to fall in Love with that journey.
It is the Soul energy within us that knows that all is well, that sings in the morning for the new day, and Loves life completely despite its many challenges and stress.
As we learn to open our hearts we can feel the great Love that life has for us despite our many failings. Spirit/God/ The Universe does not see us in a negative light but recognises our efforts as humans on an incredibly difficult journey to self-realisation. It sees the Divinity within us that we truly are when we remember our connection back to our Soul.
Discovering Reiki and Eternal Light Healing
When I first discovered Reiki & Eternal Light Healing, it brought meaning to my life and peace to my heart. This healing energy helped to sooth the many emotional difficulties I was experiencing and helped me to understand my experience as part of my personal spiritual unfoldment.
I began to see that my challenges are opportunities for inner growth and personal development, and the healing energy is able to help me with this process.
Over time I learned that I could do more than just ‘cope’ with the difficult feelings I was facing; I found I could grow through them, learn from them and find greater peace and spiritual connection as a result.
Life became a beautiful journey of personal growth and self-exploration. This inner work remains my passion and continues today. It will be part of my journey always.

The Masters
I cannot describe my journey without mention of the many beloved masters and teachers who have been helping and teaching me all my life. Some of whom are in incarnation and some who have been teaching me from their Spirits and books. I love them so much and I owe them all my understanding.
These include; Mother Meera, Drunvalo Melchizedek, Anastasia in Russia, Sananda, Sri Yukteswar, Sri Ramakrishna, Mahavatar Babaji, Paramahansa Yogananda, Mata Amritanandamayi, Lorna Byrne in Ireland and many other divine beings, masters and teachers.
Outside of Work
Outside of work you may find me dancing, walking in nature, gardening, or spending time with family and friends. Our children are now grown, and I live in Norfolk with my husband Sam Cremnitz.
