About Me
I have been blessed with so many experiences of God/ Great Spirit that this has been the central fascination and focus of my life.
My Point of View
I believe that we are all on a path of spiritual evolution and that this is the true meaning and purpose of life for us all.
In my experience the many challenges we face are the way life shows us the parts of ourselves that needed healing – the parts that are afraid to love, afraid to trust life and others, afraid to be ourselves fully, that feel unworthy and unlovable.
These emotions and belief patterns hold us back. They exist as blockages in our energy field that stop us from feeling the true love in our heart chakra and our connection to God/Great Spirit.
Fortunately, through the healing energies, Spirit helps with our unfolding.
My Story
Though I was aware of Spirit and had spiritual experiences as a child, perhaps my journey of more conscious spiritual evolution began when I was a teenager.
There was an occasion that, out of the blue, showed me new horizons for how we can feel within.
On leaving school I travelled alone to Thailand. One morning I was walking alone along the seashore far from my hut, and I should have been relaxed, but my mind was churning over and over the difficulties and turmoil of my teenage years back at home.
Meeting my Heart
Out of the blue my mind went completely still and silent, and for the first time I felt and knew the presence of God.
I saw that God, Love and Acceptance were all the same thing. Everything became part of ‘One’.
In that space my love was whole, and I loved everything, everywhere the same.
In that space of Love I could not say ‘I love you’ because in that space my love was whole, and I loved everything everywhere. It would not be possible to love just one thing, as that would be to break up the whole.
In that space all was one. I felt only ‘I am Love’.
The Heart Chakra
What I didn’t understand at the time was that I was experiencing the love of the heart chakra, the unity consciousness of the heart, when it is closer to God.
Note: It is in the higher heart chakra that we experience our love for particular things, as the higher heart is connected to our spiritual purpose for being here and our expression of love in the earth plane.
It was the first time that I experienced the nature of the heart chakra and how we could feel when our heart chakra is open.
Returning Home
It was such a wonderful feeling that for I saw for the first time a new possibility of the way we can feel.
It gave me a new and challenging direction, yet I found it difficult to find again. It wasn’t until my mid-twenties that I found a way that could help me back to that space of love through channelled healing energy and other energy healing.
Discovering Reiki and Eternal Light Healing
Discovering healing brought meaning to my life and peace to my heart; it gave me a way to move toward the beautiful feeling I had felt in Thailand more consciously and deliberately.
It helped to stabilise my emotions, release my emotional pain and my fear and get through the difficult times with greater peace within.
I found I could do more than just ‘cope’ with difficult feelings; I could grow through them, learn from them, release them and open my heart a little more each time.
Life became a beautiful journey of awakening and personal growth. This inner work remains my passion and continues today.
Our Spiritual Purpose
I believe we are all on a spiritual journey to move towards the love of our open, heart chakra.
It is only here that we feel unity, the Oneness of life; the pure acceptance of all that is and a deeper peace with it.
So much of what we search for on the outside is simply us searching for this feeling within. It is the human journey of learning, to find our way back to feeling our open hearts once again.
Our Difficult Times
Life is constantly bringing us (sometimes intense) challenges for us to face to bring out the hurt and pain that lies within us.
It is showing us the pain in our energy fields that closes our heart.
Sometimes we feel we have made a mess of life, or that it isn’t fair, and this is very painful. Yet if we can see it from the place of our open heart, we see the love, wisdom and beauty of it.
This is challenging as our difficulties are great.
But fortunately, the healing energies offered to us by spirit are given to help us on this very journey.
The Beings of Love and Light that come to help in healing sessions love you more than you can know at this level and are doing everything they can to help you go through your troubles with ease and grace.
They see you fully, all your greater desires and purpose in this life. They see what you need to experience to help you grow through the pain and find inner peace at a deeper level.

The Masters
I cannot describe my journey without mention of the many beloved masters and teachers who have been helping me and teaching me from their books and their Spirits. I love them so much and I owe them all my understanding.
These include; Mother Meera, Drunvalo Melchizedek, Anastasia in Russia, Sananda, Sri Yukteswar, Sri Ramakrishna, Mahavatar Babaji, Paramahansa Yogananda, Mata Amritanandamayi, Lorna Byrne in Ireland and many other divine beings, masters and teachers.
Other Passions
You will often find me doing Qigong and Tai chi, dancing, walking in nature, gardening, or spending time with family and friends. Our children are now grown, and I live in Norfolk with my husband Sam Cremnitz.
