Reiki and Eternal Light Healing are forms of channelled healing energy in which the healer channels healing energy to the recipient through the hands, heart or aura.
As this energy comes directly from Source, it carries the energy of pure Unconditional Love. It is based in the Love of Spirit and is able to transmute the lower frequency energy of our limiting thoughts and feelings as they are based in fear.
In a healing session you will receive both Reiki & Eternal Light Healing. I will also use Light-Life Technology as it is such a powerful addition to the session.

Eternal Light healing is an evolution of this form of healing that emerged in the 1990s. Since Mikao Usui brought through to humanity the wonder ‘Reiki’ healing ray, humanity has progresses a long way on its path of spiritual evolution and new, deeper, high-vibrational energies were needed to support our continued evolution.

The Healing Effect of the Rays
The Reiki Ray
The Reiki Ray carries the energy of the Earth Element of our planet. This healing ray helps you to feel grounded to Mother Earth and present in your physical body. It carries the energy of the Earth Element in its most pristine form and therefore encourages your physical body to go back to its pure state. This can encourage the body to release toxins and emotional patterns it hold in its physical tissues. It has a positive affect on the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as all our layers of consciousness are interlinked.
The Water Ray - Moon
The Water Ray enhances the purest vibrations of the Moon energy within us. It moves through our emotional body in waves, like water, soothing and calming our emotions. It feels nurturing and relaxing. It helps us to face how we feel deep down and let go of any old emotions we are ready to release, without discomfort.
The Fire Ray - Sun
The Fire Ray enhances the powerful qualities of the Sun energy within us. Like fire it is cleansing and purifying; it transmutes negative energies within us, clearing the subtle bodies of all that in not Love. It brings back our power, our determination, our willingness to fulfil our highest potential in this lifetime.
The Air/Ether Ray - Mercury
The Air Ray enhances our power of communication. It opens and activates the throat chakra so we can speak our truth, moving us towards greater self-acceptance so that we can speak truthfully of our emotions. This helps us take back our power. It also opens the brow chakra.
The Venus Ray
The Venus Ray carries the vibration of Divine Love, Unconditional Love. This vibration emanates from us, deep in our heart chakra. This Ray helps us open our heart so that we feel more of this love that resides there.
The Mars Ray
The Mars Ray is grounding. It opens the base and feet chakras bringing focus and energy to achieve our goals. It calms the heart and lessens the impact of stress on the physical body. It opens our awareness of the protective energy of Mother Earth.
The Chiron Ray
The Chiron Ray heals the deepest wounds from our energy system that we may have been carrying since childhood or a previous lifetime. It heals recurring patterns that come from these deep wounds of the past.
The Neptune Ray
The Neptune Ray helps us relax into our wider awareness in which we know that all is well. It has a watery energy in which we can expand into the fullness of how we feel. It feels very soothing, calming and liberating.
The Saturn Ray
The Saturn Ray activates the deep inner knowing within us that comes from our higher consciousness through our crown chakra. This is my favourite Ray; it comes with white light, and releases us from the angst of our lower consciousness. It brings recall of and heals past lives.
The Uranus Ray
The Uranus Ray helps us go with the flow with joy; to adapt to life’s changes, unhindered by fears and uncertainties. It helps us to know that whatever presents itself in each moment is the perfect place for us to learn and grow, as Life is the great teacher.
The Sirius Ray
The Sirius Ray brings the joy and playfulness of the dolphins. It helps us to be here fully as the fullest expression of who we truly are, even the parts of ourselves that we feel are unacceptable or not good enough. It is only our lower consciousness that sees ourselves in that critical light.
The Jupiter Ray
The Jupiter Ray brings expansion of our consciousness. It encourages the fullest expression of your Soul energy in your life here and now, and on all levels of your being. It works beautifully with the Mars Ray to help you ground your Spiritual energy in the here and now.
The Pluto Ray
The Pluto Ray brings cleansing, purification and transformation. It works specifically to protect the subtle bodies from radiation. Radiation affects the brain, the DNA and the mental body particularly, and can also lodge in the throat chakra and thyroid area.

Rachel Cremnitz
Healing of all kinds and reconnection with Great Spirit has been the central focus of my life. In my practice I help to clear the subtle bodies, align people with their soul path, help people remember their spirit and to find hope and peace. I have been working directly with spirit and with these healing modalities for over 25 years for inner healing, spiritual awakening and personal development. I am based near Diss in Norfolk.
