The Reiki / Gaia Ray
The Gaia Ray is a strengthened and enhanced form of Reiki. It is the Earth Element healing ray that grounds us and connects us to Mother Earth. It works on the physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of our being to heal the issues behind our difficulties or our dis-ease. Working at the causal level in this way brings healing more quickly on many levels of our being. It forms the foundation of the Eternal Light Healing system.
Beyond Reiki – The Gaia Ray
When Shimara began her journey of grounding powerful healing energies, the first of the rays she brought through was ‘Golden Age Reiki’. However, as her journey continued, Golden Age Reiki was replaced by a new ray that carried a higher octave of energy. It was called the Gaia Ray to reflect its connection to the energies of Mother Earth. This beautiful name captures the unity of all earth’s creations including us, and reminds us that we are one with our Mother Earth.
The Energy of the Earth Element
The Gaia Ray carries the energy of the earth element in its most pristine form, bringing us back towards our original most perfect form.
The energy of the Earth Element is the energy that at the beginning of time formed the densest matter of the earth. From the ‘mind’ of the creator, the elements were combined to create our physical bodies, our animals, our vegetation, our geology, rocks and crystals.
The earth element runs through all of this, so though it is expressed in different ways to make different forms, everything has this same energy within it. We are literally ‘one’ with the earth, the animals and all physical life everywhere in this way.
Reiki / Gaia for Cleansing and Healing
Reiki / Gaia works on the physical body by cleansing the etheric body. The etheric body is the blueprint for what happens in the physical body. As healing energy flows around the etheric body it releases any stuck energy it finds there, allowing positive energy to get through and energise the physical body.
Feelings and beliefs that we have held for a long time can get stuck in our body tissues, becoming the root/deeper cause of physical illness. As the energy flows around the physical body it will release any negative energy it finds in the tissues of the body.
This negative energy will move along the meridians (subtle energy channels of the body), out into the aura where it is transmuted by the healing rays. When negative energy moves around the body in this way, it feels cold; you may have noticed that sometimes when you release fear from your being you feel a chill move around your physical body.
As the Reiki / Gaia Ray releases these energies from the body tissues, it helps you to heal the physical, emotional and mental levels of the dis-ease you are working with. Working on the causal level of illness and disease in this way brings deep and long lasting change and recovery.
