The Fire Ray
The Fire Ray carries the energy of the sun. In the energy of the Fire Ray, we can give ourselves to the fire for cleansing, purification and transmutation. The Fire Ray will burn through the blocks in our subtle energy fields that could manifest into illness at a future time. It brings back our power, our determination, and our willingness to try to fulfil our highest potential in this lifetime. It is deeply cleansing and empowering. It is part of the Eternal Light Healing system.
The Fire Ray Lights our Inner Sun
The Fire Ray carries the energy of the sun at the subtle level. It helps to burn through stubborn blocks in your energy field to allow new energy to emerge from within you. Like the phoenix rising from the ashes, it helps you feel renewed, refreshed and ready to create new possibilities in your life.
When the Fire Ray is coming through me, I feel little sparks of light or energy that come out of my fingers. The energy works to transmute and purify any negative energies you hold in your energy field that no longer fit with you.
Our sun is a great fire and a powerful healer. It gives us life and nurtures us on Earth. Without the sun’s warmth we would not have life on our planet, no plants and no food. Without the sun we would have no light and most of our sources of energy come originally from the sun as fossil fuels which were once plants grown in the sun.
Just as the sun brings us warmth and light, the fire ray energises our ‘inner sun’; it powers up our inner strength and willpower to create the good things in our life we would like to see.
The Fire Element
Fire can be destructive, but it can also have a cleansing and purifying effect as it burns through the old and makes way for new and fresher life. In the same way, as an old part of us dies, there is space for a new part of us to emerge that feels a little closer to where we want to be.
This purifying effect of the fire element is symbolized by a few plants on our planet that benefit from being burned down by fire, such as the wild blueberry plant that grows in the USA. This plant grows back more strongly from being burnt every year and its berries are powerfully healing.
Fire Ceremonies for Cleansing
Mahavatar Babaji taught how to use fire ceremonies for spiritual purification and reverence for God at his ashram in Herakhan, India. In the 1990s I experienced one of these fire ceremonies in Holland that lasted 3 days. It was led by his closest disciple as Babaji had passed on by that time. It was incredibly powerful; it felt like being transported into another ‘space’ where we could easily walk through to other lives and dimensions of life as the purification cleansed us and uplifted our consciousness.
