The Air Ray
The Air Ray is related to the power of the spoken word and communication. It opens and activates the throat chakra, giving it more power to express your truth. This ray helps you move towards greater self-acceptance so that you can speak truthfully of what you believe and how you feel. It helps you take back your power. It also opens the brow chakra. The planet mercury holds this energy for us. The Air Ray is part of the Eternal Light Healing system.
Healing with the Air Ray
The Air Ray is related to the power of the spoken word. We associate the Air element with a quickness of mind and an ability to communicate our ideas and concepts. The Air Ray strengthens this attribute within us, helping to open up and activate our throat chakra and give it more power.
The creative force of the air element within us also allows us to have the power of thought. When we are totally in tune with the universe, these thoughts come from our sacred mind, in harmony with our higher self. The frequencies of the Air Ray help to facilitate the release of negative belief patterns and helps your thoughts be calm and more in tune with your higher self.
Opens the Throat Chakra
The Air Ray opens the throat chakra allowing you to speak your truth. To speak honestly of your innermost feelings requires real self-acceptance. Often it does not feel safe to do so and even acknowledging how you feel to yourself can be difficult at times.
Nothing of you is unacceptable yet many people are taught as children to deny their ‘unacceptable’ feelings and beliefs. Opening the throat chakra brings these repressed feelings back into our awareness so that we can acknowledge and accept them as our truth. In order to be free to express yourself fully, you must release any fears or attachments you have to the outcome, or to what others think about you.
The Air Ray helps to free up your self-expression and take back your power. It helps you not to feel afraid to speak your truth and to be true to yourself more deeply. It helps you to feel the freedom that being able to express your true selves gives you.
Opens Communication with your Higher Self
Opening the throat chakra also helps you open your inner hearing; your clairaudience. This is the communication between your higher self and your lower self. It is the way that you hear the guidance and messages from your Spirit guides and helpers.
This is a subtle hearing that occurs in addition to the way our physical ears hear sound. It is not physical sound but rather the energy of sound on a higher frequency. When we hear our inner guidance in this way, we hear our messages from Spirit and our deepest truth from our higher levels of awareness.
Activates the Brow Chakra
The Air Ray also activates the brow chakra and pineal chakra. This activates our inner knowing of our Divinity and brings an enhanced ability to connect with our inner sight (clairvoyance) in this way.
