The Gaia Ray
The Gaia Ray is a strengthened and enhanced form of the Reiki Ray. It is the Earth Element healing ray that grounds us and connects us to Mother Earth. It works on the physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of our being to heal the issues behind our difficulties or our dis-ease. Working at the causal level in this way brings healing more quickly on many levels of our being. It forms the foundation of the Eternal Light Healing system.
Beyond Reiki – The Gaia Ray
When Shimara began her journey of grounding powerful healing energies, the first of the rays she brought through was ‘Golden Age Reiki’. However, as her journey continued, she was able to ground and work with higher vibrational energies, and the Golden Age Reiki Ray was replaced by a new ray that carried a higher octave of energy. This was called the Gaia Ray to reflect its connection to the energies of Mother Earth. This beautiful name captures the unity of all earth’s creations including us, and reminds us that we are one with our Mother Earth.
The Energy of the Earth Element
The energy of the Earth Element is the energy that at the beginning of time formed the densest matter of the earth. From the ‘mind’ of the creator, the elements were combined to create our physical bodies, our animals, our vegetation, our geology, rocks and crystals. The earth element forms the most physical level of it.
The energy of the earth element runs through all of us and all life forms on earth, all of which express it in different ways to make many different ‘forms’ or physical shapes, but we all are made by this, the same energy, we are literally ‘one’ with the earth, the animals and all of physical life everywhere in this way.
The Gaia/Earth Element Ray
Both Gaia and Reiki healing are the earth element healing rays. They carry the energy of the earth element in its most pristine form, which works to cleanse and heal us, taking us back towards our origins in our most perfect form.
Gaia energy is therefore particularly strong when working on the physical and etheric levels of our being, releasing any energy that has become stuck there. This can bring healing on a physical level. This may include the release of negative emotions that we hold in the physical tissues of the body, allowing more rapid healing to the physical body.
Reiki was traditionally taught as a hands-on healing method, and this is still a good method for treating the physical body. However, the new Gaia energy also works extremely well in the auric field and through the chakras. It can work quickly to heal the emotional, mental and spiritual issues behind the illness or disease. Working on these deeper levels of our being, the Gaia energy helps to heal disease more quickly.
