Training & Qualifications
My training and qualifications were a journey that deepened my understanding of life, spiritual healing, energy medicine, and the subtle energetic dimensions of life and wellbeing.
Reiki & Eternal Light Healing
I began my healing training in 1994 with Shimara Kumara, a gifted international healer and teacher, and founder of the Academy of Eternal Light Healing.
Under her guidance, I was initiated into Golden Age Reiki I and II, and later into the twelve Healing Rays of the Eternal Light Healing system.
Flower & Crystal Essences
I trained for two years at the College of Vibrational Medicine and qualified as a registered Flower & Crystal Essence Practitioner. My studies included the principles of health and disease, emotional and spiritual healing. I later worked with Crystal Herbs Ltd, creating essences designed to support emotional healing and spiritual unfolding.
Osteopathy & Bodywork
I studied osteopathic techniques for two years at the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (BCNO). This course also included Naturopathic Healing Techniques and Nutrition.
I also gained qualifications in:
- Traditional Chinese Medicine,
- Shiatsu Anma Massage,
- Seated Acupressure Massage.
Studying the principles of healing as they are defined in Eastern Medicine, deepened my understanding of the profound connection between mind, body, and Soul.
Reiki Massage
I worked as a Reiki Massage Therapist in London, where I witnessed how healing energy could gently release emotions held within the body’s tissues. I also saw how physical healing tended to unfold more fully when a degree of emotional healing occurred alongside it. I saw how this brought about much more deep and lasting change.
Heart Imagery Meditation Teacher Training
I trained as a Heart Imagery Meditation Teacher with Daniel Mitel at The School of the Heart, learning techniques to help people access their Sacred Space of the Heart, a place of deep inner peace, wisdom and spiritual connection.
