My Journey with Reiki & Energy Healing
Early Experiences
Like many children, I experienced moments of deep spiritual awareness that felt completely natural to me at the time. These quiet inner experiences were a big part of my life, even though I never spoke about them. I always sensed that there was more to life than the material world around me and as a child I had a strong sense that this was what my life was to be about.
My Search for Meaning
As I grew older, I found it difficult to find my place in the world. Spirit remained a strong and comforting presence within me, but I had no one to share these feelings with. It wasn’t until my mid-twenties that I discovered healing energies, and with them, a deeper spiritual understanding that changed everything.
Discovering Reiki & Energy Healing
The beautiful healing energies of Reiki and energy healing helped me release my emotional pain and find the clarity and strength I needed to move forward. This began a lifelong path of self-discovery and transformation, one that continues to unfold through my journey today.
Learning Personal Transformation from Within
Over time, I learned how to work consciously with my emotions and beliefs, not just to cope with painful feelings, but to truly heal them by growing beyond them. I came to understand that the challenges I faced were not obstacles, but invitations, each one part of my deeper spiritual journey, my path toward wholeness.
This realisation brought me a profound sense of empowerment. I began to see how I could consciously create more peace and joy in my life, rather than feeling at the mercy of my circumstances.
Initiations into Healing
My healing journey deepened as I received many initiations into the sacred rays of Reiki, and later into the more comprehensive Eternal Light Healing system, the powerful rays of healing energy that I now work with today. These beautiful frequencies have guided me toward greater love, peace, and self-empowerment, both personally and in my work with others.
I continue to work with these energies every day, finding new layers of healing and understanding. Life, of course, brings its challenges, but with these spiritual tools, I can meet them with compassion, clarity, and trust in the process.
Remembering Past Lives as a Healer
I know that I have walked this path before, having many lives as a healer working with channeled energy, crystals, and sound vibrations to help others shift through the dimensions of consciousness. I also remember lifetimes where this work brought suffering, when healing was misunderstood or feared, and I was persecuted for being a “white witch.” Those experiences left deep imprints of pain, loss, and self-doubt.
Returning to my Soul Purpose
Now, many lifetimes later, I am returning to these ancient gifts with a heart full of gratitude. The journey has not always been easy, but it has been profoundly fulfilling. Each day, I am thankful to be walking this path again, helping others awaken to the Soul-Light within them, just as I continue to awaken to my own.

Training to become a Healer
Eternal Light Healing
In 1994, I began my training as a healer with Shimara Kumara, a gifted international healer and teacher, and the founder of the Academy of Eternal Light Healing. Under her guidance, I was initiated into Golden Age Reiki I and II, and later into the twelve Healing Rays of the Eternal Light Healing system. I began a journey that deepened my understanding of life and the Divine energies that support our growth.
Flower & Crystal Essences
I completed a two-year diploma at the College of Vibrational Medicine, where I studied the principles of health and disease as taught by Dr. Edward Bach. As a registered Flower & Crystal Essence Practitioner (Dip CVM), I went on to work with for Crystal Herbs Ltd, a beautiful company founded by Shimara, creating Flower, Gem, and Crystal Essences that support deep healing and spiritual growth.
Light-Life Technology
More recently, I have begun working with these remarkable tools, which you can explore further on my my Light-Life Technology page.
Meditation Teacher Training
I trained as a Heart Imagery Meditation Teacher with Daniel Mitel at The School of the Heart where I learned to guide others in accessing their Sacred Space of the Heart, a place of deep inner peace, wisdom and connection.
Training in Bodywork
Osteopathy
I undertook two years of osteopathic training at the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (BCNO), where I also studied naturopathic healing techniques and nutrition.
Reiki Massage
I worked as a Reiki Massage Therapist in London, where I witnessed healing energy releasing the energy of emotions held within the body’s tissues bringing deep and lasting change.
Shiatzu & Acupressure
I gained qualifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu Anma Massage, and Seated Acupressure Massage.
The Masters
I cannot describe my journey without mention of the many beloved masters and teachers. They have been helping and teaching me all my life. Some of whom are in incarnation and some of have been teaching me from their Spirits and books. I love them so much and I owe them all my understanding.
These include; Mother Meera now resident in Germany, a divine incarnation of the Divine Mother, Drunvalo Melchizedek who lives in Sedona USA, Anastasia in Russia, Sananda, Sri Yukteswar, Sri Ramakrishna, Mahavatar Babaji, Paramahansa Yogananda, Mata Amritanandamayi, Lorna Byrne in Ireland and many other divine beings, masters and teachers.
Outside of Work
You may find me dancing or walking in nature, gardening, or spending time with family and friends. Our children are now grown, and I live in Norfolk with my husband Sam Cremnitz.
