My Journey with Reiki & Eternal Light Healing
Early Experiences
As a child and teenager I had many spiritual experiences, it wasn’t until my mid-twenties that I became more conscious of the spiritual journey we are all on.
Discovering Reiki & Eternal Light Healing
At that point I found my first spiritual teacher who initiated me into Golden Age Reiki I and II, and later into the entire Eternal Light Healing system.
Here I met others who also felt guided by Spirit, which helped me to ground the spiritual part of me into awareness.
Finding Meaning in My Life
I began to understand more consciously that we are all on a path of spiritual evolution, and that I was not odd in wanting this to be central in my life. Not being motivated to pursue a materialistic lifestyle for its own sake was not a deficiency but a natural part of my spiritual awareness and strength.
For the first time life made sense to me. I had purpose and the strength to pursue my passion. I felt the Love of my guides and it encouraged me to focus on my spiritual awakening, to exercise my psychic abilities and pursue all things that helped me understand my life more fully.
Life became a beautiful journey of self-exploration, despite the many emotional and negative belief patterns that needed to be addressed. This inner work continues today of course and will be my journey always.
Reconnecting with Past Lives
I travelled to the USA where I connected with the energy of the land and the Native American Indian culture that I felt so close to. I travelled to India where I felt at home as soon as I landed. I explored all the things that were close to my heart as I connected to the energy of many other lifetimes in these places.
Studies into Healing Practices
I studied healing in many forms to help me understand the nature of the connection between the mind, body and soul. This included osteopathic and shiatzu training. However, whilst working with people I began to see how deep the roots of true healing lie and my Spirit took me in the direction of close study of energy medicine, including channeled healing, meditation, flower & crystal essences and more. Personal Transformation and Empowerment
With the help of healing and the many other healing practices I was learning, I found how to work with my limiting thought and feelings so that I could not just cope with them, but could grow through and beyond them.
I began to see how the difficult things that I faced within myself were opportunities for my personal transformation as they helped me release limiting beliefs and emotions that were holding me back.
It became clear that as I changed within myself, so the outside world reflected back to me that change; making life more enjoyable and presenting new pathways forward. I began to see and understand how it is that we can create more of what we want in life, which gave me a deep sense of joy and empowerment.
Remembering Past Lives as a Healer
I remember having many lives as a healer using channelled healing energy, crystals and sound healing using very specific pitches to move people through the dimensions.
But I have also had lives in which I was persecuted for being a white witch or healer, by being drowned or burnt. I remember the intense pain, rejection and feeling of failure when I couldn’t save someone, especially those I loved.
Many lifetimes later I am returning to these skills, I find my journey very fulfilling and I am very grateful for the opportunity to be doing it.
The Wider Context & Ascension
We live in a time of great spiritual evolution. Over the last 30 years, I have witnessed an explosion of spiritual awareness.
The craziness in the world today is the dark energy holding on to power, but it will not succeed as now is the time of moving back to awareness of Spirit/God and the embodiment of Divine Love, acceptance, community and caring for one another as we learn to live together in harmony on Mother Earth and look after her and each other as required.
This is the ‘ascension’ that you may have heard about. This is the Higher consciousness we are all moving towards, that we have all chosen on a spiritual level in our hearts.
The Masters
I cannot describe my journey without mention of the many beloved masters and teachers who have been helping and teaching me all my life. Some of whom are in incarnation and some have been teaching me from their Spirits and books. I love them so much and I owe them all my understanding.
These include; Mother Meera now resident in Germany, a divine incarnation of the Divine Mother, Drunvalo Melchizedek who lives in Sedona USA, Anastasia in Russia, Sananda, Sri Yukteswar, Sri Ramakrishna, Mahavatar Babaji, Paramahansa Yogananda, Mata Amritanandamayi, Lorna Byrne in Ireland and many other divine beings, masters and teachers.
Outside of Work
You may find me dancing, walking in nature, gardening, or spending time with family and friends. Our children are now grown, and I live in Norfolk with my husband Sam Cremnitz.

My Journey to become a Healer
Reiki & Eternal Light Healing
In 1994, I began my training as a healer with Shimara Kumara, a gifted international healer and teacher, and the founder of the Academy of Eternal Light Healing. Under her guidance, I was initiated into Golden Age Reiki I and II, and later into the twelve Healing Rays of the Eternal Light Healing system. I began a journey that deepened my understanding of life and the Divine energies that support our growth.
Light-Life Technology
More recently, I have begun working with these remarkable tools, which you can explore further on my my Light-Life Technology page.
Meditation Teacher Training
I trained as a Heart Imagery Meditation Teacher with Daniel Mitel at The School of the Heart where I learned to guide others in accessing their Sacred Space of the Heart, a place of deep inner peace, wisdom and connection.
Flower & Crystal Essences
I completed a two-year diploma at the College of Vibrational Medicine, where I studied the principles of health and disease as taught by Dr. Edward Bach. As a registered Flower & Crystal Essence Practitioner (Dip CVM), I went on to work with for Crystal Herbs Ltd, a beautiful company founded by Shimara, creating Flower, Gem, and Crystal Essences that support deep healing and spiritual growth.
Training in Bodywork
On my journey to become a healer, I began by exploring the relationship between our feelings, beliefs and the physical body. I began to see how deep the roots to true healing lie.
Osteopathy
I undertook two years of osteopathic training at the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (BCNO), where I studied the principles of structural alignment of the body, naturopathic healing techniques, and the role of nutrition in supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
Reiki Massage
I worked as a Reiki Massage Therapist in London, where I witnessed how healing energy could gently release emotions held within the body’s tissues. I also saw how physical healing tended to unfold more fully when a degree of emotional healing occurred alongside it; this brought about much more deep and lasting transformation.
Shiatzu & Acupressure
I gained qualifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu Anma Massage, and Seated Acupressure Massage. Studying the Eastern principles of health and healing deepened my understanding of the profound connection between mind, body, and Soul.
