My Story
I am a lover of the ordinary becoming extraordinary through spiritual consciousness. We are living in heaven when we become aware of it. Bringing this into awareness is my passion, my life and the thing I most want to share in my work as a healer and spiritual teacher.
I am a champion of the humble inner work that we all must do to achieve spiritual consciousness.
Aware of Spirit since childhood, I knew that a home and family was not all that I wanted. There was something else I was looking for, something more.
At 19 I had a profound experience of the Love of God which helped to heal the trauma of my teenage years. However, though the feeling was blissful and remained with me for a long time, I found I couldn’t sustain it as the difficulties of navigating life as a lost youngster took hold.
In 1994 I had another change in consciousness that seemed to happen overnight. I awoke knowing that I had lived many times before and that I was being guided by unseen Masters. My psychic abilities had also opened.
I met Shimara Kumara who initiated me into the ‘Eternal Light Healing’ system and with whom I learned so much about spiritual development and working with healing energies.
My path to becoming a healer then took me widely through many body healing therapies until I came to understand the nature of healing and the interconnection between our mind, body and Soul. I left my osteopathy course to focus on channeled healing energy, meditation and flower & crystal remedies.
Becoming a Healer
On my true path at last I met my husband Sam Cremnitz and together we worked at Crystal Herbs making flower and crystal remedies to send all over the world. It was a wonderful time of healing, meditation and spiritual connection, and soon my first child arrived.
Conscious parenting became my new joy as we brought up our 2 beautiful daughters.
Life continued on the outside in a round of normal family life, albeit a very happy one, but on the inside a transformation was occurring.
In 2012, I had another spiritual awakening that brought forward the presence of the Divine One Within in my life. It changed the very foundation of what I perceived to be the reality. It brought great joy and bliss when I connected with this part of me. It was followed over the next 3-4 years by some initiations by Spiritual Masters on the higher dimensions of life. They kindly brought through for me their blessings and their energy initiations to help me raise my consciousness. They helped me to understand more about how we, as humans, can raise our consciousness to the highest levels. I thank them for their blessings and their understandings, some of which I have described in the blog posts called Lessons from the Masters.
I began to feel, realise and experience the bliss of existence on this material plane. Not that I experience it all the time, but it continues to strengthen within me as I work to release my human fears and anxieties. And this is what we all can do, that I wish to share the only way I know how; to offer healing, writing and meditation workshops. I hope it comes as some use to you too.
Much love and blessings,
Rachel
My Bio
Training as a Healer
Eternal Light Healing: In 1994 I began training as a healer with Shimara Kumara for 10 years coming to understand life more deeply. I was initiated into Golden Age Reiki I and II, and later initiated into the 12 healing Rays of Eternal Light Healing system. Shimara is an international healer, teacher, and the founder of the Academy of Eternal Light Healing.
Flower & Crystal Essences: I took a 2-year diploma course at the College of Vibrational Medicine studying the principles of health and disease as described by Dr Edward Bach. As a registered Flower & Crystal Essence Practitioner (Dip CVM) I worked for Crystal Herbs Ltd, a wonderful company founded by Shimara that makes Flower, Gem and Crystal Essences for deep healing and Spiritual growth.
Meditation Teacher Training: I trained as a Heart Imagery Meditation Teacher with Daniel Mitel at The School of the Heart to learn how to help others access their Sacred Space of the Heart.
Light-Life Technology: I have more recently started working with these incredible tools that you can discover on my Light-Life Technology page.
Training in Bodywork
On my journey to become a healer I began by learning about how the physical body heals and the connection between our Spirit and our physical body. Inspired by the work of John Upledger and his work on Somato-Emotional release (releasing emotional trauma through bodywork) I studied various form of healing through bodywork. However, my path was eventually to take me towards working with the subtle energy of life and vibrational medicine.
Osteopathy. I took two years of osteopathic training at the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (BCNO). This degree course included the study of naturopathic healing techniques and nutrition.
Reiki Massage. I worked as a Reiki Massage Therapist in London and experienced healing energy releasing emotions held in the physical tissues of the body. I saw how this brought deep physical healing and the lasting change we were looking for.
Shiatzu & Acupressure. I took a qualifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatzu Anma Massage and Seated Acupressure Massage. The study of the Eastern principles of health and healing helped deepen my understanding of the mind, body and Soul interconnection.
The Masters
I cannot describe my journey without mention of the many beloved masters and teachers. They have been helping and teaching me all my life. Some of whom are in incarnation and some of have been teaching me from their Spirits and books. I love them so much and I owe them all my understanding.
These include; Mother Meera now resident in Germany, a divine incarnation of the Divine Mother, Drunvalo Melchizedek who lives in Sedona USA, Anastasia in Russia, Sananda, Sri Yukteswar, Sri Ramakrishna, Mahavatar Babaji, Paramahansa Yogananda, Mata Amritanandamayi, Lorna Byrne in Ireland and many other divine beings, masters and teachers.
Outside of Work
You may find me dancing or walking in nature, gardening, or spending time with family and friends. Our children are now grown, and I live in Norfolk with my husband Sam Cremnitz.

Rachel
