My Philosophy

Discovering spirit within – remembering who we are/God/Spirit – acknowledging there is more to life than our physical expression and feeling a sense of the spiritual part of us; not with a view to dreaming off in the higher realms, a spiritual nothingness, but an integration of all parts of us, a spiritualization of the world in the world. This requires an integration of our experience of the practicalities of life, the difficulties of life, an alchemy of life, and finding the extraordinary in the ordinary.

Absolutely unique expression – you are an amazing being consisting of an infinite spirit as well as a physical expression of that. These are not separate parts, but an integrated whole. You are whole and perfect, loved and loveable just as you are.  

Finding your ‘deep down’ – authenticity is key – this equates to finding our happiness – even pain or struggle feels good when you cease resisting it, as it opens the heart to the beautiful feeling possible that lies beneath it.

Acknowledging the journey – finding how to live more consciously with ourselves and with others and how to live the best way. We are having a material experience to help ourselves spiritualise the material. Acknowledging the choice of life, the lessons we took on in this life, the advantages and disadvantages we chose for maximum growth in this lifetime. The Spirit in you knows your strength and chose the course.

Accepting the ups and downs – progress pulls up the shadow side to be cleansed – revisiting things but in a spiral going upwards, it is never quite the same but with more wisdom each time – Going up obliges us to examine our shadow side, insures we don’t attach the ego to new power – doubts help to round out our experience (spiral) and grow in all aspects of ourselves at the same time – going up gives us the power to go down by giving us the wider sight, the appreciation of context and it’s lack of importance, and the love to forgive and accept ourselves and others.

Development and fulfillment – feels so good, no matter what stage, – the feeling of your wings expanding rather than the space they encompass – we are all at different stages resulting from the experiences we encountered in this life and previous lives – we do our milage in different areas and it is not wise to judge each other on appearances, no two journeys are the same – we are all absolutely unique in our understandings, unique points of view , wisdoms, each and every one is equal in contributing to the wholeness/ fullness of life’s expression.

Feeling lost requires remembering and that = get happy! – our Soul energy feels good, we are meant to feel good here, it is humanity that has made all the problems. Out Soul energy doesn’t worry- loves you perfect as you are- loves life with you in it (wants you and needs you as a valuable expression of your experience) which is why your authenticity is ok to express, you are precious as you – you Soul is happy. So to find your Soul get happy – however you get happy – not escaping through drinking or addictions but by appreciating the simple little thing that feeds your soul. Have the confidence to go it alone and find your own happy making thing – you may meet others like you there anyway!

Unalterable Joy – when we continue to search and we gradually go deeper and higher – we find our unalterable joy as it is not dependent on our outer circumstances – as we gain more mastery of ourselves we are able to see our struggles in the context of our development, our becoming gradually more and more conscious of our shadow side and accepting facing it and cleansing it, without judgement, but with more love, more acceptance, less fear of it taking over, less a feeling of getting lost in it, and more a feeling of appreciation and Love for this crazy journey in human consciousness on planet earth.  

Understanding life is here to be enjoyed – not in a lofty grace but in seeing the extraordinary in the ordinary.
